The national science foundation (NWO) has granted the proposal for establishing a center for ion beam analyses at Utrecht University. AMS analyses are part of the program. The facility is dedicated for AMS analyses with high-precision and low background for a broad range of radionuclides in order to contribute to development of technology and to applications in biomedical, geological and archaeological research.
